Novotel – Paddington Village

Working within the brand-new Novotel building in the Paddington Village district of Liverpool, we installed 100mm and 50mm steel flanged pipework to the rooftop plant room to service the new boiler room and chiller plant.

Liverpool Town Hall

Our works at the prestigious Liverpool Town Hall consisted of removing two existing Strebel boilers and replacing with four 100kw Potterton Sirius 2 boilers. The new boilers were fitted to a 400kw plate heat exchanger and onto existing pipework with some minor alterations. We also installed new circulation pumps to the existing system, as well as a new 500l calorifier.

Stapely Residential & Nursing Home

Works on this project have been ongoing for a number of years and include multiple plant room upgrades, domestic refurbishments, annual servicing and much more.

Arrowe Park Hospital

This project within the grounds of Arrowe Park Hospital was made up of three main elements. The first task was the completion of groundworks and concrete base in preparation for the new prefabricated GRP boiler house. Second, was the removal of the existing LTHW and LTHW combination boilers which had proven unreliable over the past 12 months. Third, was the installation of four 110kw boilers on an in-line cascade frame assembly with low loss header and PHEX unit, to the recently installed GRP enclosure.

We also extended new pipework to a suitable point on the existing outgoing services route and at an agreed time, carried out the changeovers to suit the operation of the Hospital. The existing HVAC panel served more than the existing boilers and as such was modified and retained with temporary supplies as required to keep both systems available until the proving exercises had been carried out.
